Job Description

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Residential Patrols in PHILADELPHIA, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a secure environment for residents and visitors. You will remain visible throughout the community, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with residents and guests. In this role, you will reflect our company's values of agility, reliability, and innovation, working as part of a supportive team that always puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
