Texas Licensed Inbound Sales Agent

A company is looking for a Remote Inbound Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs

Convert sales leads into policyholders by matching appropriate coverages, products, and benefits

Represent the brand and ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and product offerings

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales / service-related work experience required

Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not currently held)

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends

Proficiency in PC usage and strong typing capabilities
