Job Description :

We're looking for a full-time Capital Markets Attorney with strong Equity Capital Markets (ECM) experience to join our legal team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of equity offerings and brings a strong transactional background to support the execution of public and private equity deals. Candidates must be NYC-based and available to work on a hybrid in-office schedule

Responsibilities :

• Provide legal support across a range of equity capital markets transactions , including IPOs, follow-ons, PIPEs, and block trades.
• Partner closely with bankers, issuers, and internal teams to manage deal flow and execution.
• Review, draft, and negotiate offering documents, underwriting agreements, and disclosure materials.
• Advise on regulatory and compliance matters, including SEC FINRA , and stock exchange rules
• Work cross-functionally with internal legal, compliance, and business teams to navigate deal-specific issues and maintain execution excellence.

This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $150,000, and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401k, and more.
