Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and check in patients with kindness and professionalism
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls
• Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments
• Collect and process payments and insurance details
• Maintain accurate patient records in our system
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support smooth daily operations
