We are currently seeking a full-time dual role as a Reception Clerk / Activities Coordinator to join our team, specifically focused on working with seniors. Previous experience in managing front-desk operations, leading and occupancy functions, property management, or loan processing with HUD program guidelines is preferred.

With almost 20 years of development experience and over 1,700 residential units developed to date, Providence has taken over the property management functions of Christopher Homes, Inc. and is proud to add their 60-year history of excellence to our team managing over 2,400 senior affordable apartments. We focus on the production and preservation of affordable housing and empowering strong communities.
A typical day in the life of a Reception Clerk / Activities Coordinator working with seniors involves managing the front desk and office presence, monitoring visitors and access, and / or assisting with resident recertification and clerking duties as determined by the Manager. Additionally, the candidate will develop a program of educational and self-development activities intended to stimulate and vitalize the residents.
