Marketing Specialist

Position Title : Marketing Specialist

Work Location : Irvine, CA 92612

Assignment Duration : 12 Months

Key Responsibilities :

• Managing social media accounts, creating and distributing content, analyzing website analytics, and assisting with email campaigns and other online marketing efforts - such as and not limited to Brandbox, Exfluential, EveryOne Social and all brand social accounts.
• Daily review of social media content calendar and copy review and development for all brand O&O channels.
• Assist in the development and execution of social media content capture and attend events as required.
• Prepare and submit materials for medical, legal, regulatory and compliance reviews in an online document-control system (Veeva Vault PromoMats). Annotate documents and create anchor text for references. Attend weekly steering committee meetings with key stakeholders. Communicate frequently with materials reviewer to ensure deadlines are met. Work in Veeva fluidly.
• Assist in the coordination and development and logistics of patient contracts
• Own the Veeva process start to finish for partners on the marketing team.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (creative, PR, digital, and brand marketing) to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging.
• Actively participate in regular meetings to update on campaign progress, share insights, and coordinate deliverables.
• Share content calendars and draft posts with brand marketing for feedback and brand alignment prior to publishing.
• Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and compliance standards by routing through appropriate approval processes (such as Veeva review).
• Communicate any updates or changes in social media trends, platform policies, or project timelines to relevant teams promptly.
• Provide and receive feedback constructively to improve campaign effectiveness and agency collaboration.
