Seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join a hospital-employed group of 4 family medicine physicians in southern Illinois.

About the opportunity

• Traditional practice with 1 : 4 call schedule.
• See 15 to 20 patients per day in the clinic
• Take calls for your own patients during the week. Minimal inpatient work.Average daily hospital census 8-10 patients
• Full-Time Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist takes care of much of the inpatient responsibilities.
• Replace retiring family medicine physician after 40+ years.
• Work out of a 17-bed critical access facility.
• The position is J-1 / H-1 eligible.Will assist in immigration attorney expenses.
• $250k compensation + $25K sign on + full benefit package.
• Help with Loan forgivenessHRSA loan repayment eligible.
