Shifts Available

We offer part-time caregiver jobs and full-time caregiver jobs with flexible schedules, including :

• Day Shifts : 7 am–3 pm, 8 am- 4 pm, 9 am- 5 pm

Morning shifts : 8 am–12 pm, 9 am–1 pm, 10 am–2 pm

Afternoon / evening shifts : 1 pm–5 pm, 2 pm–6 pm, 3 pm–7 pm, 4 pm–8 pm, 5 pm–9 pm, 6 pm–10 pm

Overnight shifts : 7 pm–7 am, 8 pm–8 am

Extended day shifts : 7 am–7 pm, 8 am–8 pm

Caregiver Responsibilities

As a caregiver with Senior Helpers, you will :

Provide companion care : conversation, activities, walks, and engagement

Assist with personal care : bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support

Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation

Give medication reminders and keep daily care logs

Provide specialized senior care for clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, or hospice needs

Safely use assistive equipment : Hoyer lifts, gait belts, transfer boards, and wheelchairs

Caregiver Pay & Benefits

Train hands-on in our Center of Excellence, where we have a mock-home environment to gain realistic training in!

Caregiver Requirements

Compassion and patience : You genuinely enjoy helping seniors and making a difference in their lives

Reliable and responsible : Consistently punctual with dependable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.

Professional or family / friend caregiver experience : Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required

Physical ability : Able to safely assist with mobility, transfers, and use of assistive equipment (Hoyer lifts, gait belts, wheelchairs, etc.)

Able to push / pull up to 50 pounds and lift up to 30 pounds

Communication skills : Clear, respectful, and able to document care accurately

Background check and drug screening : Must pass all pre-employment screenings

Licenses / Certifications (preferred) : CNA, HHA, or other relevant certifications a plus, but not required

Flexibility : Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and some weekends

Must be at least 18 years old

High school diploma or GED required
