Role Overview :

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and effective coordination of all unit functions during designated shifts. You will collaborate closely with the management team to guide, assess, and enhance nursing care in line with established protocols, while embodying our organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate the admission and discharge processes to promote efficient and quality patient care.
• Engage in ongoing quality assessments of patient care services, collaborating with management colleagues.
• Foster a team-oriented environment by working alongside subject matter experts to enhance service and outcomes.
• Champion a patient-first philosophy, addressing service recovery when necessary.
• Implement current nursing strategies to enhance staff engagement and operational efficiency.
• Assist in interviewing, selecting, and training new nursing staff, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Manage staff scheduling based on patient care needs and productivity benchmarks.
• Contribute to inventory management and oversee supplies and equipment to ensure availability and efficiency.
