Key Responsibilities

Site cleanup and debris removal

Demolition of walls, cabinets, counters, flooring (carpet / tile)

Use hand tools, assist with drywall, drop ceilings, and general labor

Follow safety procedures and work well with your team

Equipment operation skid loaders, forklifts, or dingos (a plus!)

Reliable transportation is required

What We're Looking For :

Physically fit – this is tough, hands-on work

Willing to learn – we'll train you on demo work

Basic knowledge of hand tools and safety

Team player who takes direction well

Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed

Training for those new to demolition work

Supportive team environment

Gear & Dress Code :

Steel-toed boots required

Hard hats, gloves, vests, and safety glasses provided

Long pants and sleeves required

High-visibility gear encouraged

Schedule :

Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM–4 : 00 PM (may start as early as 6 : 00 AM)

Occasional overtime or Saturday work

Travel to job sites in St. Joseph or Topeka (hotel and meal expenses covered)

Pay :

$20 / hr based on experience

Entry-level starts at $20 / hr, experienced workers earn more
