Key Responsibilities
Inform renters about available products and guide them through the leasing process
Build rapport with leasing offices, brokers, and renters to enhance customer satisfaction
Monitor accounts for signs of churn and lead the resolution of complex customer issues
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in customer service or related field
Entry-level experience is acceptable
Associate degree is required
Preferred background in underwriting and property management
Ability to work weekends as part of the schedule
