Business Development Representative – Light Industrial & Professional Staffing

Location : New Braunfels, Texas Competitive Pay + Commission

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Growth
  • Research your market, identify prospects, and build a targeted list
  • Execute a strategic sales plan that includes cold calling, warm follow-ups, and in-person visits.
  • Deliver engaging presentations that leave decision-makers ready to sign
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and hit your targets
  • Be the Client’s Trusted Partner
  • Build strong relationships through networking events, chambers, and local business groups.
  • Understand client needs, confirm job details, and flag any safety issues on-site
  • Collaborate with recruiters to make sure every order is filled quickly and accurately
  • Handle service issues with urgency and professionalism to keep clients satisfied
  • Keep the Machine Running Smoothly
  • Document your sales activity and client notes to keep your pipeline clean and clear
  • Work across departments to ensure a seamless process from job order to placement

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in staffing or recruiting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A knack for business development and client management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Confidence, coachability, and the ability to connect with anyone
  • Willingness to get out there—cold calls, site visits, networking events, all of it
