Job description3 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM Provide essential care by assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as feeding, bathing, toileting, and transportation. Contribute to the team and provide care by supporting residents in their mobility and performing Range of Motion exercises as directed. Monitor and record vital signs to ensure residents' health and well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by adhering to facility protocols. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge. A current registration as a CNA in New York State. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
