Customer Recall Agent

A company is looking for a Proactive Customer Recall Agent (Remote - Michigan).

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and emails to inform vehicle owners about safety recalls

Coordinate with dealerships to schedule repair appointments for customers

Provide excellent customer service and assist with team projects

Required Qualifications

One or more years of customer service experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Eastern time

Michigan residency and a reliable high-speed internet connection

Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment
