Otolaryngology Physician

We have served East Tennessee for 50 years. With the pending retirement of a senior partner, we are seeking a BC / BE Otolaryngologist to join our single-specialty group .

About This Opportunity :

Join a full-time, board-certified General Otolaryngologists (anticipated replacement for 2 retiring senior partners), two certified physician assistants and four full-time audiologists

Thriving practice with established referral pattern means immediate productive schedule

Interest and experience in otology, facial plastics or sleep medicine is a plus

Anticipated ER Call Coverage 1 : 4 for one hospital, with no facial trauma

Adult and pediatric referrals

Ancillary services include : in-office surgery suite, allergy, in-office CT scanner, balance center and hearing aids

Thriving in-house Allergy Department offers SCIT and SLIT

Compensation and Benefits :

Competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines guaranteed for the first year

Productivity bonus

Earning potential of $400,000-$800,000
