Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time, contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide speech-language services in a PreK-12 school setting at two school sites in Elba, AL. Starting August 5, 2025, through May 22, 2026, this role is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) who are either completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or already licensed professionals. Experience in healthcare or pediatric settings is valuable, but candidates new to schools are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include delivering assessment and treatment services to students, collaborating with educators and staff to support individualized education plans, and maintaining accurate documentation. The position requires effective communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote student success.
