Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator and Leadership Support Specialist to oversee the operation of our Support Office and provide administrative support to the leadership team. This dual-role position ensures efficient day-to-day operations of the Reston Support Office while also supporting senior management with various tasks and projects.
The ideal candidate approaches tasks with care and attention to detail. Self-initiative is key, as the role requires someone who can work independently, manage their time effectively, and take ownership of their responsibilities without constant supervision. They must also be comfortable working in an office setting while collaborating with team members who may be remote.
They demonstrate discretion with confidential information and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Additionally, they contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture that aligns with KSL’s values.
Salary : Starting at $70K
Key Responsibilities :
Support Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and efficient working environment, maintaining a welcoming and well-organized office space that reflects company culture.
- Organize and assist with internal communications and coordination of team meetings or events, ordering gifts, flowers, etc. to ensure remote and in-office Team Members feel connected and included.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment and vendor relationships.
- Support travel coordination for Support Office Team Members.
- Manage monthly Support Office newsletter.
- Coordinate and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new Team members, including preparing work-space, issuing equipment, access credentials, etc.
- Other support as needed.
Leadership Support Specialist
Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.Help in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the leadership team.Help manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Provides support with special projects, planning leadership events and cross-functional coordination.Qualifications :
Proven experience in office administration and / or executive support roles.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and other business platforms.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.Event planning or coordination experience preferred.Benefits :
