Bond Optics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Polishing Technician I to support the fabrication of custom glass optics. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to break into precision manufacturing, with full training provided by industry veterans. You'll assist with continuous polishing processes, measurement, and machine maintenance all within a fast paced, high-tech environment.What You’ll Do

• Support the operation and cleaning of continuous polishers and metrology tools.
• Assist with the preparation and handling of delicate optical components.
• Perform basic measurements using interferometers and interpret results with guidance.
• Follow documented procedures to ensure part quality and consistency.
• Inspect for cosmetic defects and dimensional nonconformance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation for safety and precision.
• Participate in training to grow your skills and support career advancement.
