How You'll Make an Impact :

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for EPC customers.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships across the power sector.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Represent the full suite of Hitachi Energy solutions to assigned accounts.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close complex deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage sales pipelines and forecast revenue with precision.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and champion continuous improvement.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background :

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Additionally, candidate with an Associate's degree or High School Diploma (GED) will be considered based upon the specifics of the experience.
  • Experience in sales or business development with EPC market clients.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Sales, or Marketing preferred.
  • Proven technical selling aptitude in the power or energy sector.
  • Experience with Power Products, solutions, or related technologies.
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
