Full-time schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM with alternating Saturdays

31–40 hours per week, with consistent workflow

Your New Role

Based in Southampton, PA, and serving customers within a 20-mile radius, you’ll :

Install and replace a wide range of HVAC systems, including furnaces, A / C units, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ventilation equipment

Handle start-up, testing, and balancing to make sure new installs perform flawlessly

Read blueprints, specs, and work orders to scope out and execute top-tier installations

Keep your job sites clean, your documentation accurate, and your customers happy

Train apprentices when needed and work as part of a professional team

5+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential or light commercial)

EPA Universal Certification (required)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Skilled in HVAC system installation, including reading schematics and blueprints

Solid problem-solving skills and mechanical knowledge

Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in varied environments (attics, basements, outdoors)

Strong communication and customer service skills
