Job descriptionThe new endocrinologist will work in a collaborative, dynamic environment with an integrated, multi-disciplinary care team. Physicians are supported by highly-trained clinical assistants and on-site management in a comfortable, modern outpatient setting. This includes scribes and staff to perform clinical administrative tasks, ensuring physicians are able to focus solely on patient care. diagnose and treat patient conditions related to the endocrine systems - review patient histories - perform physical examinations - utilize diagnostic tests to determine diagnoses - provide appropriate treatments and patient care plans - recommend health management, including preventive care and habits - prescribe medications as needed - formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans - communicate with the clinical team to ensure total delivery of quality care Providers see a variable number of patients per day, based upon patient needs and types of appointments scheduled. The office uses the AthenaHealth EHR. - Physician - Endocrinologist SCHEDULE : - Full-Time - Part-Time - Flexible Options Available FULL-TIME COMPENSATION : - $215,000 to $320,000 Base Salary, negotiable dependent upon experience - Regular RVU Bonuses - Shareholder Options - Malpractice Insurance w / Tail - Health / Dental / Vision - STD / LTD / Life Insurance - 36 Days Paid Time Off - $3,000 Annual CME Allowance - 401k w / 4% Match - Many Other Perks & Benefits LOCATION : Yonkers, New York COMPANY PROFILE : This organization is a physician-led, patient-centric healthcare network.
