Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s degree in clinical specialty or business preferred (ideally, from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education - CAHME)Clinical degree from accredited Physical Therapy program (CAPTE) preferred with current state license to practice in specified discipline.Minimum of five years management experience in allied health field, with minimum two years at leadership level; Minimum of ten years clinical experience in specified discipline.Robust understanding of all state, federal and local regulations pertaining to outpatient rehabilitationComplex written and oral communication skillsStrong working knowledge of : Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.), business of healthcare including financial management, cost management, information systems data acquisition and analysis, and competitive trends.Legal Info :
