Position Title : Temporary Supervisor Sterile Processing (Evenings)

Location : Lima, Ohio

Start Date : December 8, 2025

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Evening Shift (8 hours), 40hour weekly guarantee

Shift Notes : Flexibility with start and stop times is expected as this is a supervisory role

Overview

We are seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to oversee evening operations in Lima, Ohio. This temporary assignment offers the opportunity to lead a team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and compliance in sterile processing.

Pay Rate : $40- $46 / hr

Responsibilities :

Supervise sterile processing staff during evening shifts

Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols

Monitor workflow, scheduling, and staff performance

Provide training, guidance, and support to team members

Collaborate with clinical departments to meet operational needs

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Requirements

Experience :

Minimum 3 years of sterile processing experience (required)

At least 1 year of supervisory experience (required)

Certifications :

HSPA (IAHCSMM) required

BLS (AHA) required

Other :

Candidates local or close to Lima, OH preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills
