Shift : Nights, 12-hour shifts (every other weekend and 2 of 3 major seasonal holidays required)

Position Overview :

HumanEdge Health is seeking experienced Med / Surg Telemetry Registered Nurses for a travel assignment at a leading acute care hospital in Syracuse, NY. This is a great opportunity for RNs with strong med / surg and telemetry backgrounds who are comfortable in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Unit Details :

Adult Med / Surg units with telemetry monitoring

Level I Trauma Center

EPIC charting system preferred

Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care for adult med / surg / telemetry patients

Start IVs, draw labs, and monitor telemetry

Perform thorough assessments and deliver patient-centered care

Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team

Ensure compliance with hospital and nursing policies

Requirements :

License : Active New York State RN license (in good standing)

Certifications : BLS (AHA or ARC) required

Experience : Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience in a similar hospital setting (within the past 2 years)

Preferred : Level 1 or 2 trauma experience, EPIC EMR familiarity

Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule Notes :

Nights only (12-hour shifts)

Every other weekend and 2 of 3 major holidays required
