Based within the New York City metropolitan area, this position is on-site in Englewood, NJ.

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, managing and executing capital and comprehensive fundraising campaign strategy. This position is a highly visible and impactful role that reports to the Director of Campaigns and Operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on complex capital campaigns, managing a major donor portfolio, conducting donor cultivation, and closing significant gifts. This candidate should possess an established track record of building strong relationships with internal constituencies, board leadership, external donors and have solid experience with volunteer steering committees.

Foundation Location : Englewood, NJ Status : Full-Time (On-Site) Shift : Day Hours : M-F / 9am - 5pm

Job Essentials :

• Five (5) or more years' experience in philanthropy, including major gifts and capital campaign experience, preferably in healthcare / medical industry or higher education
• Previous experience in managing successful capital campaigns
• Established track record of building strong relationships with internal constituencies, board leadership and external donors
• Experience with donor cultivation and stewardship
• Familiarization with moves-management and pipeline
• Strong experience with and utilizing interpreting data metrics
• Proven operational leadership skills
• Self-motivation, positive energy, drive, stamina and enthusiasm are a must.
• Strong management skills and superior organizational skills required.
• Strong working knowledge of nonprofit CRM software, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge highly preferred.
• Superior written and verbal communications skills required.
• Excellent presentation skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate within a fast-paced, complex organization.

Education Requirements :

Englewood Health job postings provide a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses / incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.

Minimum rate : $40.00
