Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Lead

A company is looking for a 100% Remote Oracle Cloud HCM - Core HR Lead with experience in Higher Education.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Core HR workstream during the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation lifecycle

Conduct requirements workshops and prepare fit-gap analysis specific to higher education HR operations

Configure and validate Oracle Cloud Core HR setups to meet institutional and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Core HR Functional Lead on Oracle Cloud HCM implementations

Mandatory experience in the Higher Education industry with a deep understanding of HR policies and compliance

Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM configuration and testing

Experience conducting fit-gap workshops and leading production cutover planning

Prior participation in multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM or comparable HRIS implementations
