we serve. The RN Supervisor supports the Director of Nursing with

the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while

achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient / family and

employee satisfaction.

• Must be available 7a-7p on weekends.
• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing

units on assigned shift including ensuring compliance with policies

and procedures, practice standards and regulations.

implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring

staff, along with coordination and communication with other

departments.

adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24 / 7 nursing care with an

emphasis on limiting use of overtime and agency personnel.
