Product Marketer, Outbound Excellence Lead

What you’ll do :

• Lead the development of our outbound product marketing strategy, ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the right content, tools, and guidance to engage customers effectively.
• Shape our approach to sales plays, optimize the use of sales productivity technology, and develop content and soft skill enablement to enhance every customer interaction.
• Design and implement a robust system for reporting and measuring the success of outbound activities, driving continued pipeline growth.
• Partner with sales and marketing to ensure alignment and maximize impact across the organization.

Location & schedule :

This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. In-office presence is required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays; optional in-office on Wednesdays and Fridays. Interviews will include details about in-office requirements.

Our compensation package reflects the value you bring and includes a base salary range, potential equity, sales incentive pay (where applicable), and benefits. A yearly pay equity audit is conducted to ensure fairness.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $118,000 - $131,000. The actual base salary varies based on factors such as market conditions and qualifications. The base salary range may be modified. Additional components may include equity, sales incentives, and benefits.
