A Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support an elementary school setting in Chesapeake, VA. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in providing speech and language services within a school environment, specifically during leave coverage assignments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct speech and language assessments, screenings, and evaluations for elementary-aged students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students speech and language needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress.
• Provide direct therapy services in individual or group settings.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with school requirements.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to student education plans as necessary.
