Youre not just fixing breakdownsyoure anticipating issues before they arise and keeping things flowing like a well-oiled machine (literally).

From mixers to motors and everything in between, youll play a key role in ensuring our operations never miss a beat. This role is perfect for someone who loves a challenge, takes pride in precision, and knows how to get things done without cutting corners.

Compensation : $23 - $40 hourly

Responsibilities : What Youll Be Doing

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of food production machinery, systems, and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues quickly and effectivelydowntime is your enemy, and you dont let it win
• Respond to urgent maintenance calls and production interruptions with confidence and urgency
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals like a boss
• Use tools of the trade to get things done right the first time
• Document maintenance work, part usage, and system updates to keep things organized and audit-ready
• Collaborate with production staff and leadership to ensure minimal disruption and maximum performance
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspaceyou know that a tidy shop is a productive shop
