What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Collaborate with managers to assess hiring needs and develop recruiting strategiesOpen requisitions and post job openings for HygienistsSource licensed Hygienists using various recruiting tools and social media channelsScreen, qualify, and recommend candidates for interviewsManage the candidate selection, negotiation, and onboarding processesWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
Bachelor's Degree preferredMinimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a strategic, fast-paced settingStrong communication skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environmentProficiency with recruiting systems and ExcelWillingness to travel occasionally for team meetings and networking eventsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
