Job descriptionCollaborate with managers to assess hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies Open requisitions and post job openings for Hygienists Source licensed Hygienists using various recruiting tools and social media channels Screen, qualify, and recommend candidates for interviews Manage the candidate selection, negotiation, and onboarding processes Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a strategic, fast-paced setting Strong communication skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment Proficiency with recruiting systems and Excel Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings and networking events Healthcare recruitment experience Residency in Central or Eastern Standard Time zones
