Job descriptionBuild financial models and perform ad hoc analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Analyze P&L results, trends, and performance metrics to deliver clear insights to leadership. Create and maintain dashboards using BI tools such as Omni, Tableau, or Power BI. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and drive process and system improvements (including Planful). Bachelors degree in Finance or a related field with relevant FP&A experience. 2+ years of analytical experience. Advanced Excel skills, including building models from scratch. Experience with BI tools; exposure to Planful is a plus.
Tarvos Talent is partnering with a rapidly growing organization to identify a Senior FP&A Analyst for their expanding team in Dallas, TX. This newly created role was added due to company growth and offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and investors while contributing directly to strategic initiatives that fuel the companys next stage of expansion.
