Job Description :

We are looking for a dedicated Data Governance analyst to join our team and help establish a robust Data Governance framework across all departments in this COE role. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing enterprise-wide Data Governance by engaging with both business and Digital stakeholders to understand the requirements and foster the development and acceptance of data principles, policies, and standards. This role demands a proactive individual who can work collaboratively across multiple departments and stakeholders to build consensus, enhance data quality, and address data-related issues efficiently.

• Collaborate with the data governance lead and data stewards to develop, implement, and maintain data governance standards, practices, and processes
• Assist in identifying and escalating business risks that could impair the success of the program and negatively impact business goals
• Advise and assist in metadata management in our data catalog, Atlan, to capture data documentation such as workflows, data dictionaries, glossaries, lineage, and other metadata
• Work with stakeholders to develop a network of data stewards and data owners and assist to develop and execute data governance training
• Develop, maintain, and support a data governance centric SharePoint workspace
