For one of our ongoing projects, we are looking for an Automation Test Analyst with expertise in Selenium.

Skills and Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks, defining automation strategies, and leading automation communities.
• Proficiency in handling large programs and providing automation solutions, especially API testing (Karate) and Selenium.
• Experience with various automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Karate, SOAPUI Pro, CA DevTest, BDD Framework, cloud testing, Maven, Jenkins, and CI / CD pipeline implementation.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
• Capability to lead automation efforts and collaborate with other testing portfolios and leadership.
• Provide thought leadership on automation approaches across the enterprise.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor and train team members.
• Experience in P&C Insurance is an added advantage.
