Underground Utilities & Sitework Superintendent – Sarasota, FL
Salary : $94,000–$104,000 (Salaried + Truck + Benefits)
Spectrum Underground is hiring a Superintendent with experience in both underground utilities and sitework. This is a combined leadership role overseeing crews installing water / sewer / storm systems and performing grading, excavation, and road base preparation.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead and support foremen and crews
- Manage utilities : water / sewer / storm, manholes, lift stations
- Manage sitework : earthwork, fine grading, road base, asphalt prep
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and trucking
- Review plans, verify grades, and ensure quality control
- Communicate with PMs, inspectors, and clients
- Submit daily reports using WorkMax
