About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Licensing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and monitoring licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements for the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain licensing applications, renewals, and compliance documents.
- Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely submission of renewals.
- Liaise with state agencies, regulatory boards, and employees to resolve licensing issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date licensing databases and records.
- Review applications and supporting documents for completeness and compliance.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management regarding licensing requirements.
- Stay informed of changes in laws, regulations, and licensing requirements that affect IPS.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheet, Gmail) and database management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills
Experience working with guard licensing, business licensing, and state licenses.Knowledge of state and federal compliance regulations.Familiarity with licensing management systems or compliance software.What We Offer
