Our PRN nurses aides administer bedside care under the supervision and guidance of professional nursing staff.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Work 3 shifts in 6 weeks with 1 shift being a weekend shift.
- Understand resident rights and needs, as well as the need for resident dignity and identity.
- Answer patients' call lights.
- Transport patients in wheelchairs to meals, chapel, etc.
- Bathe and assist with dressing, as well as with daily care and restorative / rehabilitative programs.
- Supervise meals and / or feeding, dispensing water, juice, etc. and provide snacks.
- Document and maintain accurate patient reports.
