Part Time Masters or Licensed Clinician LMHC, LCSW, LICSW

Job Description

We are seeking Master’s-level Clinicians to provide compassionate outpatient substance use treatment in a supportive environment with flexible scheduling and supervision for licensure.

• Gain diverse experience working with clients in group and individual settings, including specialized groups like prevention, court services, and anger management.
• Conduct assessments, develop and revise treatment plans, collaborate with community partners, and ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families, work independently, and meet productivity goals.
• Qualifications include a Master’s degree or equivalent experience with supervised substance abuse counseling hours.
• Positions are part-time, with day and night shifts available, based in Danvers, MA, requiring in-person work and relocation prior to start.

Benefits include health, dental, and paid time off. Salary ranges from $35,000 to $50,000 annually.
