Xavier University is currently seeking an Assistant Volleyball Coach. Job duties and responsibilities are outlined as follows :

Sport Specific Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and guidance necessary for a positive, competitive environment
• Responsible for skill development of student athletes and assists in strategic planning for individual student athletes
• Assumes game day responsibilities as assigned by Head Coach and / or Associate Head Coach
• Assists in the design and structure of practice activity
• Prepares scouting reports and coordinates dissemination to the team, as needed

Requirements

The employee agrees to have knowledge of and compliance with NCAA, BIG EAST Conference, and Athletic Department rules and regulations. The employee must have a valid driver's license and meet the requirements for insurability under Xavier University's policy.
