EHS Manager

PSI is looking for a dedicated and proactive Safety Manager to join our Client's team in Saginaw, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and provide training to employees on safety practices and protocols. As a Safety Coordinator, you will be a critical point of contact for safety issues and will work closely with various departments to enhance safety awareness and ensure adherence to safety policies. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety programs and practices to ensure a safe workplace.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide training to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

2+ years in a EHS / Safety position. BS degree or equivalent experience
