In our one-on-one ABA settings, you’ll engage hands-on with children aged 18 months to 8 years, utilizing ethical, evidence-based ABA techniques in a supportive center environment. Your Responsibilities as a Behavior Therapist

• Utilize one-on-one ABA therapy principles to assist children with Autism in reaching their full potential by following treatment plans, implementing therapy, collecting data, writing reports, and incorporating feedback from supervisors.
• Facilitate the growth and development of young children through engaging and enjoyable therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with your team to enhance treatment effectiveness, maintain safety, and ensure a fun working atmosphere.
• Interact with children through play, movement, and imitation, whether it involves running, dancing, singing, reading, or playing with toys, all while fostering a joyful environment.
• Communicate effectively and positively with stakeholders, including peers, families, and supervisors to coordinate activities, celebrate achievements, and advocate for necessary support.

Job Requirements

Complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment by successfully finishing a 40-hour training program, demonstrating hands-on competency, and passing the board's exam.
