Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - PRN
Join our rehab team at Avamere Hillsboro as a Physical Therapist Assistant! In this role, you'll work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide quality rehabilitative care to patients in a skilled nursing setting. You'll help patients improve mobility, strength, and independence through individualized treatment plans, while collaborating closely with our interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications :
Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant curriculumHold an active license to practice Physical Therapy by the State Licensing BoardWorking knowledge of Medicare and other payer sourcesFull knowledge of resident's rightsExudes professionalism in presentationMust be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in EnglishCPR certificationKey Responsibilities :
Implements and executes on established patient treatment plan under the supervision of a licensed Physical TherapistCommunicates with patients, families, referring physicians, and other members of the team Provides timely written documentation per facility and department requirementsDevelops and enhances clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional associationsProvides timely written documentation as required by insurance provider to meet licensing, certification, regulatory, reimbursement requirementsSupports and participates in department operations and developmentReports any changes in patient status or needs to supervising therapist on a timely basisBenefits (for eligible roles) :
