Staff Attorney Location : Franklinville, NJ, 08322 (onsite; hybrid flexibility negotiable) Reports To : Executive Leadership About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Attorney to support both personal and corporate legal matters for our executive and parent company. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a newer attorney looking to build their career in both family estate law and business / corporate law. You will provide day-to-day legal support on estate planning and administration, as well as counsel the business on compliance, contracts, acquisitions, new company formations, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and due diligence. This dual exposure will give you a strong foundation in both personal and corporate practice. Key Responsibilities Provide legal counsel for estate planning, trusts, and family law matters. Provide legal counsel on new entity formations, including LLCs and S-Corp structures. Support with mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence. Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements. Advise on business compliance, lines, and risk management. Conduct legal research and prepare recommendations for executive decision-making. Qualifications Licensed member of the New Jersey Bar in good standing. J.D. from an accredited law school. 0–3 years of relevant legal experience; recent graduates and judicial clerks encouraged to apply. Strong interest in both estate law and corporate / business law. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.
