Key Responsibilities :

Empower Lives : Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being at every step.

Effective Communication : Share updates and care results with family members and stakeholders to foster a supportive and collaborative environment.

Collaborate for Success : Work closely with clients and their families to identify personalized care solutions that promote independence and enhance quality of life.

Create Safe Spaces : Maintain a healthy and safe living environment, ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all individuals in your care.

Follow Treatment Plans : Implement and adhere to established treatment plans to provide the best possible support tailored to each individual’s needs.

Transportation Support : Assist clients in getting to appointments and other locations (e.g., hospitals, doctor’s offices) using agency vehicles.

Confidentiality Matters : Uphold confidentiality and respect for all individuals and families, fostering trust in the care provided.

Requirements :

Education : High School diploma or GED required.

Age Requirement : Must be at least 18 years old.

Driver’s License : Preferred but not mandatory.

Physical Ability : Capable of safely assisting in lifting individuals of various weights and handling items up to 20 lbs.

Skills : Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.

Rate of Pay : $16 - $17 Hourly
