Overview :

Provide care for laboring mothers, newborns, and NICU patients in a combined LDRP environment. Manage deliveries, postpartum recovery, and newborn stabilization.

Details :

Beds : 9 LDRP, 1 OBED, 4 NICU, 1 OR

Ratios : 1 : 1 active labor, 1 : 3 couplet, 1 : 3 NICU intermediate

Systems : Meditech, CPN

Float : Cross-trained between LDRP & NICU as needed

Certifications : BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring

Experience : Labor / delivery, postpartum, and newborn transition care required
