Job Summary (CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant)

• Provide personal nursing care to patients under the supervision and direction of a licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times
• Monitor and promptly report changes in patient condition or concerns to the RN
• Work night shifts (12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week)
• Adhere to healthcare facility policies and procedures
• Maintain required documentation and patient records as directed
• Maintain required certifications (CNA and BLS)
• Demonstrate professionalism and compassionate care to all patients
