Position Summary
Performs a variety of duties related to the authorization and recertification of insurance for the patient of the Hyperbaric / Wound Center and their physicians. Coordinates a variety of general office duties to assist the staff of the Hyperbaric / Wound Center. Reports to the Program Director / Clinical Manager for Speciality Services and is responsible for coordinating office services and maintaining office records.
Education
Bachelors - Preferred
Experience
1 Year Office - Required
Experience with customer service. Demonstrate clear oral and written communication skills. Meets patient in a compassionate, responsive and courteous manner. Display high energy and teamwork. There are a number of deadlines associated with this position and must also deal with a wide variety of people on various issues.
