Job descriptionStrategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive field strategies to engage voters, increase campaign visibility, and drive voter turnout. Recruit, train, and manage a team of field organizers, canvassers, and volunteers. Provide mentorship, support, and regular feedback to team members. Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and key stakeholders. Organize and attend community events to build support for the campaign. Utilize voter databases and campaign tools to track and analyze field data. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of voter interactions and outreach efforts. Collaborate with local organizations, activists, and advocacy groups to build coalitions and amplify the campaign's message. Oversee door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, voter registration drives, and other field activities. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of field operations. Provide regular reports and updates to campaign leadership on field activities, achievements, and challenges. Qualifications : Previous experience in grassroots organizing, political campaigns, or community outreach. Experience in a leadership role is highly desirable. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of organizers and volunteers. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to articulate the campaign's message clearly and persuasively. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Ability to adapt to changing campaign priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for social and political issues, with a commitment to making a difference in the community.
