POSITION SUMMARY : Under limited supervision performs work of routine difficulty related to troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance service for all Affinia Healthcare locations. Minor electrical work, mechanical repairs, and other duties relating to maintenance are the primary duties.

Education : Requires associate degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, with courses in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing technical training.

Experience : Requires a minimum of three (3) years' experience in building maintenance trade.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to perform daily tasks with minimum supervision.
• Skilled in safe operation of power and manual tools; operation of light equipment.
• Skilled in repair of building systems.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

License(s) / Certification(s) required : Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance as required by the State of Missouri. EPA Certification - either Type I & Type II or Universal.
