Recruiter Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven Recruiter with experience in high-volume, fast-paced hiring environments, ideally within the healthcare or medical recruiting field. Candidates with medical recruiting backgrounds excel in structured workflows, documentation requirements, compliance expectations, and filling repeated essential roles all key success factors for this position.
The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, mechanical, and operational roles across multiple locations. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to maintain accurate, real-time applicant documentation in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
You must be comfortable conducting 810 prescreens / interviews per day, handling ongoing pipelines, and working closely with hiring managers. This role includes 34 weeks of training, issuance of a company laptop, and requires the successful completion of a background check.
Duties and Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates for a variety of roles including technicians, mechanic helpers, mechanics, and select IT support positions.
- Conduct high-volume candidate outreach and scheduling while maintaining a consistent pipeline for continuously open roles.
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle through to offer acceptance, including documentation, follow-up, and system updates.
Candidate Screening & Evaluation
Conduct structured prescreening calls and interviews (810 daily) following predefined guidelines.Assess candidate qualifications, experience, certifications, and work history to determine role fit.Communicate job expectations, scheduling needs, and onboarding requirements clearly and professionally.ATS Management & Documentation
Accurately update all candidate information, interview notes, communication logs, and status changes in the ATS in real time.Ensure candidate statuses remain accurate, compliant, and fully reflective of pipeline progress.Process and submit offer approvals and confirmations within the system.Hiring Manager Support & Collaboration
Partner with assigned hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.Provide regular updates on pipelines, challenges, timelines, and recruitment metrics.Communicate efficiently and professionally with all internal and external stakeholders.Process Adherence & Compliance
Follow established recruiting workflows, protocols, and compliance standards at all times.Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all candidate records and hiring documentation.Participate in ongoing training and quality assurance activities to ensure consistency in recruitment execution.Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain daily productivity tracking, reporting, and pipeline updates.Assist in coordinating interviews, assessments, and onboarding steps as required.Proactively identify process improvements to support efficiency in high-volume hiring.Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting, preferably in medical or healthcare recruiting (clinical or non-clinical).Experience hiring for repetitive or continuous-need roles.Strong comfort level with structured workflows, compliance, and documentation-heavy environments.Proficiency using ATS platforms; experience with large enterprise ATS systems preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.Demonstrated self-starter who is proactive, self-directed, and driven to meet targets.Ability to manage heavy candidate loads and daily phone / virtual interview volume.Must be willing to complete background check and participate in mandatory training.EEO Statement
